(1) Vendor needs to provide automated prescription pickup and storage unit kiosk service to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ. • Hold 500 patient prescriptions with option to expand up to 1500 prescriptions without need• Adjustable shelving to allow medication to be placed in multiple pockets/bins or areas if they do not fit in one space.• Multi–user concurrent access, permitting at least two (2) patients to pick up prescriptions at the same time• Identity verification, e.g. by photo ID scan, biometric, PIN, or other secure method, to track retrieval by the correct individual• Dual access for pharmacy staff, allowing pharmacists/technicians to load or restock while patient pickups are ongoing• Zero integration (standalone) option with local software, if needed• 24/7/365 remote monitoring, diagnostics, alerts, and repair response, under the service agreement.• Expandable capacity, so system can grow as demand increases• Provide training to designated staff (pharmacy, IT, security) on use, maintenance, and security protocols.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set–Aside (specific to Department of Interior and Indian Health Services).
