(1) Vendor needs to provide medical surveillance service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Medical surveillance services to support agency occupational health and safety programs.services will include regular examinations, testing, evaluation and record keeping that aligns with state regulatory framework and HIPPA compliance.– All medical surveillance services, including examinations, must be conducted within a reasonable distance from the employee’s assigned duty station.– Examination scheduling must permit flexible scheduling by the employee during the work week.– All medical surveillance services must be conducted within a reasonable distance from the employee’s assigned duty station and permit flexible exam scheduling by the employee during the work week. – Employees must be informed during their medical surveillance examinations that any medical condition identified which is not related to workplace exposure is the responsibility of the employee.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
