ESTATE-12232 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Real Estate Broker Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.– Real estate brokers to list city–owned, tax–foreclosed residential properties for sale, with options to list commercial properties and vacant lots in addition to residential properties.– Brokers will be required to monitor the properties regularly, physically visiting any properties that have not had any viewings for three consecutive weeks, submitting a condition report on properties.– Monitoring is to include walking around the exterior of each property and reporting conditions.– Schedule and open properties for Home Inspectors or appraisers.– Brokers will be required to sign a conflict–of–interest statement.– Brokers will have the option to add the listing of city–owned commercial properties and city–owned vacant lots as referred properties.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
