RFB 23-01 Station 105 Kitchen Remodel

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (District) is soliciting written bids from qualified contractors holding a current and valid California State Class B general contractors’ license (Contractor or Bidder) to complete a kitchen remodel project at Station 105 located at 2691 Northrop Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95864 (Project). Contractor shall perform the Project in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, in addition to adhering to all applicable Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/Cal-OSHA) guidelines. This is a public works project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) . To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must be registered with the DIR as a Public Works Contractor (PWC) prior to the Bid Submission Deadline . All required contractors’ licenses and Contractor PWC registration statuses shall remain current and valid through the duration of the Project.
