(1) Vendor needs to provide title company services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Provide search of probate records, if applicable; b) determination on the validity of deeds; c) thorough search of lunacy and foreclosure proceedings; d) the offer for purchase of a title insurance policy to successful bidders at the tax deed sale; e) the offer for purchase of a title insurance policy to when the County is acquiring property; and f) the provision of title insurance commitments and policies, closing services, title search reports and certificates of title, and title plant services as applicable. – A minimum thirty–year search of probate records if applicable.– Determination regarding the validity of deeds.– Provide a thorough search of lunacy and foreclosure proceedings.– Offer for purchase, a title insurance policy to successful bidders at the tax deed sale.
