(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to the government authority located in Evanston, IL.– Provide Professional Auditing Services from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026– The Agency is requesting proposals from qualified independent auditors to perform a financial audit of all City funds, including governmental activities, business–type activities, each major fund, capital assets, long–term debt and the aggregate remaining fund information that collectively comprise the City’s financial statements.– The auditor is required to audit the agency and perform all procedures necessary to issue the required reports as part of the Single Audit.– The auditor shall reproduce 20 copies of the Annual Financial Report, which shall include the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) compliance letter and agency continuing disclosure statement, and 20 copies of the Single Audit report.– Provide Fiscal Years Ending 12/31 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030(2) The contract period will be for one year.
