(1) Vendor needs to provide 800 MHz radio system backbone maintenance service to the government authority located in Viera, FL. • Services:– Radio system preventive maintenance and repair– Direct Current (DC) plant preventive maintenance and repair– Microwave preventive maintenance and repair– Miscellaneous technical services• Radio system preventive maintenance:– Remotely access to review alarm conditions in the system, investigate, note conditions, and provide resolutions.– Collect and analyze microwave error logs as needed for any events causing unavailable seconds.Perform monthly inspections of sites using the checklist provided by the agency, including visual observation of antennas/antenna tower, guy wires and guy points, antenna tower obstruction lighting, and remote controller.• DC plant preventive maintenance:– Visual inspection: Look for discoloration, broken parts, alarms, etc.– Thermal scan: Scan each battery and main terminals– Measure and record voltages: Measure each battery voltage and record the value• Quality assurance check.• Miscellaneous technical services:– P25 radio system database management– FCC radio licensing preparation services, license management, and license monitoring services– System planning and design services– Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES) initial, final, and annual assessment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
