(1) Vendor needs to provide rooftop solar photovoltaic system to the government authority located in Silverthorne, CO.– The expansion has been designed to accommodate a future rooftop solar PV installation, and 1.5–inch conduit has already been installed to support the system. – Mounting systems shall be fully ballasted. Mounting system design needs to meet applicable local building code requirements with respect to snow, wind, and loading factors. Solar system installation must not void the roof warranty.– Systems shall be fixed tilt with an orientation that maximizes solar gain and cost efficiency.– Monitoring: A description of controls, monitors, and instrumentation to be used for the solar PV system. This includes web–based monitoring for performance verification.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
