RFQ 707020: Construction of the Brambleton West Park Improvements

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Brambleton West Park Improvements (the Project). This Project, located at Brambleton Park, consists of constructing a 1,000-seat grandstand around an existing field, demolishing the existing restroom facility, building a new approximately 1,000-square-foot restroom/concession facility, and completing associated site and utility improvements.
