(1) Vendor needs to provide employee mental health and healing support services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.– Services to be provided are supporting the mental health and overall wellbeing of all city employees by providing:• Proven models that effectively address mental health and trauma.• Culturally relevant and trauma–informed models of care and support.• Approaches that reduce stigma and increase psychological safety around mental health in the workplace.• Proactive, holistic, and preventative mental health and wellness services.– Monthly Large Group Mental Health Education Sessions.– Small Group Processing Sessions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
