(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure improvements design services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Provide A/E services for Phase 1 of the agency project.– Phase 1 will extend agency chilled water infrastructure and connect existing facilities to the agency system, including associated in–building mechanical modifications. – The Project will also coordinate civil/site restoration, limited electrical/duct bank improvements, new OIT/fiber infrastructure, and traffic/parking needs within the limits of excavation.– The project shall include building–side Work required to make the district chilled water connections functional, rather than ending the design at the point of entry. – Required design services:• Supplemental services:– Programming/predesign– Security evaluation and planning– Furniture, furnishings, and equipment design• Basic services:– Schematic design phase.– Design development phase.– Construction documents phase.– Procurement / construction (administration) phase.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
