Parking Lot Re-Striping

It is the intent of these specifications to establish minimum standards for workmanship and materials used to re-stripe existing parking lots at Collin County Community College District. Parking lot re-striping is typically done on an annual basis but Collin College retains the right request services on an as needed basis. Bidder will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to prepare and clean all painted surfaces to ensure lasting performance of work. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder that all work areas will be clean after work is performed and completed. All necessary care will be taken to prevent any damage to college property. This will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. This job is considered to be turnkey, providing all striping like-for-like unless otherwise specified. All quantities and measurements are to be verified by the vendor before submitting a bid response. If scope changes significantly due to possible construction, the actual bid or quote will need to be adjusted on a percentage basis. Approval by the facility manager and the buyer will be required for the adjustment prior to commencing actual work. Some prep work may be done during the day. All striping will be done after hours, when campuses are closed or after business hours. Scheduling will be done through each campus manager.
