(1) Vendor needs to provide technical agricultural assistance program service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Build awareness and knowledge through biotechnology technical assistance to in–country government officials, technical experts, scientists and other stakeholders in select countries, thus promoting acceptance and adoption of agricultural products derived through genome editing via science–based, trade–facilitative regulatory frameworks.• Provide knowledge on the current trends and activities surrounding agricultural biotechnology and its benefits thereby enabling in–country stakeholders to provide more effective input on relevant laws and regulations, including those related to genome editing.
