(1) Vendor needs to provide warehouse remodel services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– This work includes a refresh of approximately 35,309 square feet of a materials warehouse.– Renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of flooring. – Upgrades are to be made to the existing light fixtures. – New electrical and data access points are to be installed to accommodate planned workstations.(2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
