(1) Vendor needs to provide structure demolition and site restoration services to the government authority located in Botetourt, VI.• Obtain and successfully complete the requirements of all required local, state, and federal permits necessary for demolition, erosion and sediment controls / stormwater management, contamination abatement, material disposal, and site restoration. • Permits shall be posted as required by the issuing organization.– All above–ground components of the condemned structure, the shed, and the masonry retaining walls located behind the condemned structure shall be completely removed from the site following the approved site plan.– Horizontal concrete or other masonry surfaces, including but not limited to remaining basement floors, shall be penetrated with a continuous through–hole having a minimum diameter of twelve (12) inches.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
