(1) Vendor needs to provide fresh eggs supplies to the government authority located in Fountain, CO.• Item Specifications:– Fresh Eggs Specifications:i. Eggs, Brown or White,ii. Fresh, U.S. Grade A, medium or large loose pack,iii. 15 or 30 dozen per case,iv. aency Inspected,v. Stamped & Dated NOT more than 17 days prior to Delivery to agency Warehouse.C. Eggs shall be delivered at NOT more than 45 degrees F.D. Each Bidder is to provide unit cost and extended cost on all items bid.E. All food products shall be properly labeled as to identity and origin.F. The brand awarded will be the brand expected at time of delivery. Substitutions will not be accepted and will be rejected by Warehouse receiving staff. Rejected products will be returned at the sole expense of the awarded vendor.G. All commodities listed in this DQ must be date coded and must meet the current United States Standards published by the United States Department of Agriculture for the grades required.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
