Vendor needs to provide fractional development lead service. – The Fractional Development Lead will work across nine areas, functioning as an extension of agency's leadership team rather than solely as an external advisor.1. Development Assessment & Fundraising Strategy:• Establishes short–, intermediate–, and longer–term fundraising priorities.• Identifies priority revenue streams and realistic fundraising opportunities.• Sets fundraising goals and key performance indicators.• Defines roles for the Executive Director, Board of Directors, staff, and consultant.• Creates a 12–24–month development roadmap and fundraising calendar.– Fundraising Implementation & Fractional Development Leadership:• Develop and manage agency's fundraising pipeline.• Identify, research, and qualify prospective donors and funders.• Develop cultivation and solicitation strategies.• Prepare outreach, cultivation, and donor communications.• Prepare the Executive Director and Board members for donor meetings; coordinate and, whenappropriate, participate in those meetings.• Develop proposals, concept papers, letters of inquiry, sponsorship requests, and other fundraisingmaterials.• Track cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and follow–up, ensuring timely follow–up with everyprospect and partner.• Develop donor stewardship and retention strategies.2. Case for Support & Fundraising Materials:• Organizational and program–specific cases for support• Fundraising messaging and a donor–facing organizational overview• Sponsorship and corporate partnership materials
