LEGAL-17545 - USA (Stone Mountain, Georgia) - Legislative Lobbying Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legislative lobbying services to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA. – Provide specialized professional lobbying services to the agency on an as needed basis. – Development of legislative agenda: Assist the agency members with the development of the legislative agenda for the agency.– Building coalitions: Assist in building coalitions to support and lobby for legislative agenda items with statewide impact, such as full and equitable Quality Basic Education (QBE) funding.– Report on legislative items: Monitor and review the introduction of legislative and budget items introduced at the general assembly with potential impact on the agency.– Oppose negative legislation: Oppose legislation that would negatively impact the agency, this includes, the recommendation of possible additional statutory language, or amendments, needed to achieve the agency’s objectives.– Legislative updates: Provide weekly written legislative updates to the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) An optional virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
