RFP - Structural Assessment of Existing Buildings at Thurgood Marshall Visitor Center

The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from engineering consultants to provide a structural assessment of existing buildings. The selected consultants will generate a structural condition assessment, provide repair recommendations, and develop a budgetary repair estimate. The selected consultant will have proven experience in structural assessments of existing buildings and be fully qualified to perform the services requested by the Park District in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
