(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Provide general on–call engineering services including:– Site, land use and environmental planning.– Facility, infrastructure and project design, construction, and operation.– Building systems evaluations.– Mechanical design services.– Development of as–built plans, treatability and process evaluation, and feasibility and comparative cost review.– Review and evaluate permit requirements.– Preparation and review of reports, permits, applications and bid documents as requested by the Joint Meeting or one of its authorized representatives.– Provide a range of other specialized engineering services which may be needed by a public client.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11,2026.
