CLEANING-13240 - USA (Easton, Maryland) - Cleaning and Janitorial Service - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and janitorial service to the government authority located in Easton, MD. – The contractor shall provide a minimum crew size of 2 — a supervisor and a cleaner.– There is less building traffic and waste in the summer. As a result, cleaning is 2 times a week in the summer and 3 times a week the rest of the year.– The contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies.– All showers are to be cleaned and rinsed every service. This is a 24 hour facility and the showers are used by staff regularly.– Each restroom will be swept, sanitized, and cleaned with a germicidal cleaning agent; each closet and urinal will be disinfected. Mirrors, sinks, fixtures, tile walls, door handles, and stall interiors and exteriors will be cleaned to eliminate fingerprints, graffiti, stains, etc.– Clean all wash bowls, toilet bowls, and seats (both sides), urinals, shower stalls, and mirrors. Toilet bowls and urinals shall be brushed clean.– Clean shelves, floor, tub and all other areas in the janitorial closet. The closet shall be kept organized and maintained in an acceptable clean fashion.– Spot clean doors, frames, trim, and walls to keep marks and handprints from accumulating.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
