EXTRA-77837 - USA (Jackson, Mississippi) - Employee Assistance Program Service with Mobile Tool - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program service with mobile tool to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.• Provide assessment, short–term solution focused counseling, confidential counseling, and referral services (face–to–face, telephonic, virtual). • Provide a twenty–four (24) hour centralized toll–free line or secure online portal available statewide for all agency employees. • Provide manager consultation sessions to address workplace concerns.– Deliver stress management and resilience training and/or coaching sessions for employees.– Routine appointments shall be available within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.• Telephonic Consultation Servicesa. Provide a twenty–four (24) hour centralized, toll–free telephone line and a secure online portal available statewide to all Department employees and eligible family members b. Maintain sufficient qualified, licensed behavioral health professionals to provide telephonic consultations during normal business hours and crisis intervention twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week (24/7) c. Ensure telephone calls are answered by qualified personnel or routed through a clinically supervised crisis response system. – Voicemail alone shall not constitute compliance. d. Provide immediate consultation to employees and eligible family members regarding behavioral health, personal, family, or other qualifying concerns.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
