(1) Vendor needs to provide online professional development courses services to obtain online learning content that can be deployed and accessed through the existing LMS.– Providing a comprehensive library of online professional development and employee training content for use by trial court judges, elected and appointed officials, and employees.– The proposed solution must provide a broad catalog of current, professionally developed online learning content that supports employee development, technology proficiency, leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging, wellness, and other professional development topics relevant to the trial court– Content must support workplace skills, technology training, leadership, accessibility, wellness, cybersecurity, and related topics.– All learning content should reflect current research, best practices, and evolving workplace standards– Content should avoid outdated, stereotypical, biased, or exclusionary terminology and instead reflect contemporary language and concepts that promote equity, accessibility, cultural responsiveness, and psychological safety.– The proposed solution must be fully compatible with the Trial Court’s existing LMS and support deployment, tracking, completion reporting, and ongoing maintenance within the LMS environment.– Solution must support accessibility, inclusion, and language access objectives through ADA–conscious design and multilingual content offerings where available.– Solution must provide ongoing content updates, maintenance, technical support, and administrative support necessary to ensure continued usability throughout the contract term.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
