(1) Vendor needs to provide federal legislative consulting services to the government authority located in Texas.– Work with a team of professionals with a demonstrated ability to advance federal legislative consulting services.– Provide strategic advice to agency on federal legislative matters and advise and assist agency in developing and maintaining constructive relationships and in providing continuous communication with members of the agency and other relevant federal entities to promote and protect agency interests(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
