RFB #2867.3 - Street Rehab - Idlewood

This project includes pavement preservation improvements along Idlewood Avenue, extending from N. Maple Avenue approximately 600 feet east to Brentwood Street within Knollwood Heights #3 Revised Subdivision. The scope of work includes targeted repairs to curb and gutter to improve drainage, as well as ADA-compliant upgrades at intersection locations. According to the 2022 Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Study, this segment of roadway is classified in Marginal condition, with a PCI score of 38.4 out of 100.
