(1) Vendor needs to provide professional mobile diagnostic services to the government authority located in Woodbury, NJ. – Provide mobile diagnostic service is needed to provide the nursing home residents in regards.– Provide x–ray, ultrasound, Doppler’s, EKG’s and halter monitor services day of order with the exception of halter monitor which will be within 72 hours of order.– Available 24x7x365 days per year.– On–line reports and imaging available 24x7x365 days per year.– On–line ordering, posting and the ability to interface with sigma care electronic documentation at no cost.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
