(1) Vendor needs to provide nurse call replacement service to the government authority located in Jefferson, MO.– The contractor shall have the applicable measures specified below in–place any time demolition or construction activities occur in occupied or non–occupied project work areas.– The contractor shall complete all specified cleaning procedures and receive clearance from the construction representative prior to removing any barriers and other precautionary measures even for areas that the employees or public do not occupy during construction. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026.
