NE WRF Influent Building Floor Repair

The scope of work for the replacement of the grating at the influent building through the splitter box includes in general the following: 1. Demolition of the existing grating over the channels in the influent headworks building and through to the splitter box; 2. Installation of new grating over the channels in the influent headworks The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all work complete, in place and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, clean up, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during construction. All materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by the Contract Documents shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor without additional compensation, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. The Contractor shall comply with all local, State, Federal, and other codes that are applicable to the proposed construction work. Construction Time 365 days
