(1) Vendor needs to provide labor and employment legal services to the government authority located in Hackensack, NJ. • Desire to retain the services of a duly qualified labor and employment legal counsel whose duties include to, assisting and providing advice to the authority on various labor and personnel matters relating to the authority’s employees, other personnel and labor matters, attending monthly board meetings and other meetings when requested to do so by the executive director, and being available during normal business hours to respond to inquiries from authority’s personnel. • Prepare any necessary reports, form and other documents as required by law• Prepare opinions and resolutions, contracts or other documents, as may be necessary, as they may relate to labor and personnel matters• Advise the Authority on applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations concerning personnel and labor matters regarding the Authority’s employees(2) The contract period will be for five years.
