(1) Vendor needs to provide business services system replacement services.– Project includes developing a replacement for the business registry system.– Project includes a complete effort to develop new software, inclusive of project management and client engagement, migration of old data to the new system, and ongoing maintenance of that system once stood up in production.– Financial merchants’ services system will exist that will process transactions externally and internally into this proposed system and will be available to share historical transaction data to this system.– The proposed solution will be integrated with this financial system.– Corporations division’s existing solution is antiquated and requires costly hi–touch vendor support.– The existing solution lacks extendibility for use in conjunction with other state software, requires extensive training to utilize, and lacks modern features expected by the public when interacting with a modern public office.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
