(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce development services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Providing workforce development services for Youth Development Academy (YDA).– Identify and assist probation with developing and implementing appropriate workforce development opportunities for YDA youth to achieve, grow, and thrive.– Increase youth employment and earnings potential while incarcerated and after release and obtain good job placements in high–demand occupations by providing skills training combined with employment opportunities.– Develop an intentional, comprehensive workforce development program aligned with local labor market needs for Probation(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
