(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site employee health clinic services to the government authority located in Abilene, TX.• Clinic Administration – Managing the day–to–day operations of an employee health clinic, including the on–site care and treatment of employees, as well as providing enhanced health awareness, education and follow–up on employee health issues.• Customer Service – High touch customer service for City employees and administrative staff through user friendly websites, dedicated staff, and enhanced care options.• Expansion –The City is looking to expand services from general acute care to include labs, preventive, ongoing condition management, and strategic referral processes.• Technology – Integration with the City’s benefit plan as necessary, manage employee records in a secure environment, utilize technology to engage with members to include communication, scheduling, and record keeping.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
