(1) Vendor needs to provide lidar topographic capture, impervious surface mapping and data layers services to the government authority located in Midland, TX. – The City's GIS Division serves as the enterprise geospatial data steward for all City departments. – The datasets acquired through this project will serve as foundational base layers for infrastructure management, stormwater utility billing, drainage engineering, development permitting, emergency management, and public–facing services for the foreseeable future. – A one–time capital purchase of all data products and deliverables.– City GIS Environment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
