Description

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Utilities Department intends to purchase exchanges, maintenance and upgrade of DI System for laboratory grade DI Water, Standard Methods and NELAP which are compatible with the current system. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
