(1) Vendor needs to provide debt and equity services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN– Establish a pool of tax increment financing lenders to provide tax increment financing loans for various types of new developments.– Debt and equity services for the foreseeable future to enable the development of new, affordable, workforce, and mixed–income housing, community facilities, commercial spaces, public infrastructure, and other forms of high priority redevelopment projects(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
