(1) Vendor needs to provide drug free workplace service to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Provide a drug free workplace program in compliance with the city’s drug and alcohol procedures manual.– Drug free workplace program is to enhance the safety, health, and well–being of the city’s employees and the public they serve.– Employee awareness training– Dot–covered employee training– Training for supervisors and managers of dot–covered employees.– Drug and alcohol fitness for duty and commercial driver’s license (CDL) drug and alcohol testing.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
