Vendor needs to provide behavioral interventionist structured in–school suspension and behavioral support program service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, WV. – A structured in–school suspension (ISS) and behavioral intervention program approximately two days per week.– The program is to ensure that in–school suspension serves as an intervention rather than solely as a disciplinary consequence.– Students participating in the program will receive structured supervision, maintain engagement with academic assignments, reflect upon behaviors that resulted in disciplinary action, and develop strategies to support a successful return to the regular classroom.– Behavioral Interventionist will work collaboratively with the School principal, assistant principals, teachers, counselors, Student Success Coach, and other appropriate school personnel to implement a structured in–school suspension and behavioral intervention program.• Provide structured supervision for students assigned to in–school suspension. • Implement the in–school suspension program approximately two days per week according to a schedule established with the principal. • Establish and maintain consistent expectations, routines, and procedures for students participating in the program. • Maintain an environment focused on both academic productivity and behavioral improvement. • Ensure students remain actively engaged in academic assignments provided by their classroom teachers. • Assist students with organization, completion of assignments, and return of completed work to appropriate teachers. • Provide structured opportunities for students to reflect upon the behaviors and decisions that resulted in disciplinary action. • Assist students in identifying triggers, consequences, and alternative responses to challenging situations. • Support students in developing individual behavioral goals and strategies for making successful choices. • Reinforce School's schoolwide behavioral expectations. • Provide appropriate instruction and support in problem solving, self–regulation, conflict resolution, decision making, and other behavioral skills as needed.• Develop a structured process to support students' successful transition from ISS back to the regular classroom.
