The City of Santa Cruz is seeking proposals from a qualified Consultant(s) to administer a Tenant Legal Support Services Program, comprised of an array of services that may include (but are not limited to) legal advice or representation, one-on-one counseling, information and referrals to additional resources when appropriate, and education (the “Program”). The Program will support tenants navigating eviction, rent increases, unsafe living conditions, or other rental housing challenges.
