Description

The City of Coral Springs, FL , is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/coralsprings PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The City is seeking qualified development partners to submit proposals for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a hotel (minimum 3 star/diamond rating) of at least 225 rooms on site, with pool features, and a rooftop bar or lounge on an undeveloped 4.5‑acre parcel located within the Sportsplex, situated at the southeast corner of Sportsplex Drive and Sample Road.
