DRA-11667 - USA (Escondido, California) - Land Surveyor Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land surveyor services to the government authority located in Escondido, CA. – Services shall include to field surveys, monumentation, filing of corner records, preparation, review, and certification of plats and legal descriptions, dam surveys, review and certification of subdivision and parcel maps, review of entitlement submittals, notices of correction, easement analysis, and support for boundary line adjustments, certificates of compliance, transfer deed reviews, tie–out of existing survey markers being removed by upcoming construction, and other related land surveying services.– This task includes preparation of plat and legal descriptions for dedications of street right of way,acquisition of easements or related to real property matters.– This task includes research and field surveying assistance to locate property lines, right of way lines or easements to assist with property owner coordination.– AutoCAD services.– Dam surveys.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
