MRB-57753 - USA (Michigan) - Decarbonization Strategy Consultant Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide decarbonization strategy consultant services.• The consultant will be responsible for delivering a set of core tasks essential to the development of the decarbonization strategy. These tasks include comprehensive project management, strategy development, prioritization of recommended programs, and preparation of all associated documentation.• The selected consultant will work closely with the office of sustainability and key stakeholders to develop a robust strategy based on existing strengths and future areas of opportunity for energy burden reduction and building decarbonization. • The selected consultant will review existing targets set forth by existing plans, data collected as part of the benchmarking ordinance and program data inventoried from recent programs. • Review of this data is expected to feed the development of the strategy including key considerations on how decarbonization efforts can be embedded into existing priorities. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 08, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
