Vendor needs to provide SCADA software and system maintenance services.– Consist of the emergency trouble shooting and repair, testing, calibration, review of improvement plans (pump stations, tanks, and interconnects) as related to the SCADA system, installation of software and software upgrades, programming and troubleshooting, and display or communication modifications for the SCADA system.– Also included is updating system architecture schematics, wiring diagrams, maintaining logic documentation, building and replacing any racks and modules, and making upgrade recommendations.– The system includes operator stations, virtual machines running SCADA software, and, communication hardware and software.– Monitoring of condition of their communication networks and reporting of issues as requested.– Included in services is installation, repairing, and replacing of instrumentation and other portions of the SCADA system.
