TRANSLATION-8436 - USA (Pennsylvania) - Language Access Service - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide language access service. – Onsite Interpretation involves the delivery of language assistance services in–person, or face–to–face.– Telephone Interpretation involves the delivery of language assistance services over the phone, which may be utilized when the physical presence of an interpreter is not feasible, required, or requested by a client. – Video remote interpretation requests will be placed by departments in real time, directly to the vendor, on an as–needed basis for interactions with customers.– Telephone interpreting may include any number of parties and phone lines, as participants may need assistance from the same or different physical locations.– Provide language accessibility and communication services.– Interpretation services.– Interpretation services (telephone) – Written translation services. – Live captioning services.– Language access and cultural competency training. – Language proficiency testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 3, 2026.
