(1) Vendor needs to provide wheelchair–accessible transportation services to the government authority located in Berkeley, CA.– Provide wheelchair–accessible transportation services to eligible older adults and adults with disabilities.– Provide curb–to–curb, and when necessary, door–to–door and door through door service.– Assist with transport of reasonable baggage, including personal groceries without limit and an extra wheelchair.– Provide passengers with same day and advanced scheduling of rides.– Passengers will request rides through a live dispatch service and provide centralized scheduling and dispatching to maintain contact with existing fleet.– Assist passengers on the travel path between the trip origin and destination through to securement in the vehicle.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27,2026.
