The use of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises (VSBE) is encouraged. PREVAILING WAGE RATES ARE REQUIRED . Wage determination 64112 is applicable to this project. The State Apprenticeship Training Fund requirements (SATF) and the POWER APPRENTICESHIP ACT apply.
