(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA. – Providing janitorial services for our patrons and staff.– Provide all supervision, labor, cleaning materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, coordinate, schedule, and assure effective performance of all services. – Spot dust all flat surfaces below six feet – Frequency– Clean and sanitize telephones.– Properly reposition furniture moved for cleaning– Spot clean all carpeted areas for stains, spots, etc– Detail vacuum edges and corners.–Clean, polish and disinfect all restroom fixtures, including wash basins, toilets, urinals, dispensers.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
