(1) Vendor needs to provide single and multi–family energy efficiency programs turnkey service to the government authority located in South Yarmouth, MA. • Achieve a maximum level of cost–effective energy savings per dollar spent;• Provide cost and value–added services not provided in basic Program pricing• Achieve persistence of energy savings through effective and appropriate choice of energy efficiency measures;• Improve Program participants comfort, health and safety.• Implement intentional strategies to increase program participation among hard–to reach populations in Compact territory such as moderate income, renter, and English isolated households.• Provide cost and value–added services not provided in basic Program pricing;• Managing multiple contractual relationships. • Maintaining a secure computerized database tracking system that meets all necessary regulatory and Program Administrator (PA) specific reporting requirements.
