TRAVEL-1815 - USA (Brownstown, Michigan) - Same-Day Round Trips Service - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide same–day round trips service to the government authority located in Brownstown, MI.• Minimum Service Requirements– Vehicle condition: Provide properly licensed, insured, and maintained standard motorcoaches suitable for winter travel and the anticipated passenger load.– Seating: Each motorcoach must have a minimum seating capacity of 55 passengers.– Restroom: Each motorcoach must have a clean, fully operational onboard restroom available for passenger use throughout the trip.– Movie capability: Each motorcoach must include an operational onboard video system capable of showing movies to passengers. The vendor must identify supported media or connection formats and any content restrictions.– Passenger charging: Each passenger seat must have access to a working USB charging port or electrical outlet. The vendor must identify the connection type provided at each seat.– Equipment storage: Each motorcoach must have sufficient undercarriage storage compartments for passenger skis, snowboards, boots, and related equipment.– On–site availability: Each bus and driver must remain at the resort for the full duration of the applicable trip unless the organization provides written approval for another arrangement.– Drivers: Provide qualified drivers and all labor necessary to complete each same–day round trip safely and on schedule.– All–inclusive pricing: Include all anticipated charges in the estimate, including driver time, mileage, fuel, tolls, parking, deadhead mileage, lodging (if any), and other fees. Any excluded or contingent charge must be clearly identified.– Compliance: Maintain required federal, state, and local operating authority, registrations, safety compliance, and insurance throughout the service period.– Service notices: Notify the organization promptly of vehicle substitutions, service disruptions, weather concerns, or other conditions that could affect performance.– Emergency contact: Provide an emergency and after–hours contact available on each trip date.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
