(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch, law enforcement records management system and fire records management system.– Provide all software necessary to ensure a fully functioning system at the time of implementation. – Providing a system with sufficient functionality and performance capabilities to support the agency needs. – Computer aided dispatch:– The CAD system must support law enforcement and fire/EMS functionality.– Mobile data client (Mobile):– Mobile system must be complementary to both the CAD and RMS applications ensuring seamless workflows from dispatch receipt through incident closure (including report writing).– Law enforcement records management system:– The system should also have tools to assist with data integrity and accuracy, and users should be able to query and access authorized external data sources through a unified search interface.– Report writing:– The application should provide for the pre–population of report forms via integration with the mobile application.– Fire records management system:– FRMS solution should include all requested interfaces and provide for a seamless transfer of information between all applications. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
