(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial audit services for the four–year period ending December 31, 2022 to the government authority located in Kansas.• Review of actuarial data and data–related procedures;• Review of actuarial methods and procedures;• Review of actuarial assumptions, including the experience study and the process used to develop and select assumptions;• Review of benefit provisions and their application in the valuation;• Independent replication or recalculation of the actuarial valuation results;• Reconciliation of the respondent's results to the existing actuarial valuation;• Identification, evaluation, and communication of significant differences or findings; and• Any additional procedures the respondent considers appropriate for an independent actuarial audit(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
